Return and Refund Policy
1. Purpose of This Policy
This Return and Refund Policy explains the requirements and procedures for requesting returns, exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. This policy does not affect any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Return or Exchange Eligibility Period
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of the order being delivered. Requests received after this period are not eligible for review.
3. Return or Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Remain unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and supplied components.
- Show no signs of use, modification, washing, or damage after delivery.
4. Non-Eligible Requests
A return or exchange request cannot be approved if:
- The item does not meet the return requirements described above.
- The product has been damaged due to improper use, handling, or storage after delivery.
- The item is returned without receiving prior authorization.
5. Submitting a Return Request
To request a return or exchange, please contact info@halrove.com within 30 days of the order being delivered. Please include your order number, the item concerned, the reason for the request, and photographs when applicable. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact info@halrove.com and include the following:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the received item and, where applicable, the packaging
Each request will be reviewed individually. Where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be arranged in accordance with our policies.
7. Return Shipping
After a return request has been approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the store when the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item.
- For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- No restocking fees apply to approved returns.
8. Refund Processing
Returned items are inspected after they are received. Customers will be notified once the review has been completed. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
9. Exchange Process
Approved exchanges are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
10. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted before order processing begins by contacting info@halrove.com. After processing has started, orders can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep your order after delivery, please refer to our procedures above.
11. Review of Requests
We reserve the right to refuse return, exchange, or refund requests where there is evidence of misuse of this policy, fraudulent activity, repeated unreasonable claims, or other conduct that prevents a fair review of the request.
