Shipping Policy

1. Policy Purpose
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered. It also provides information regarding shipping timeframes, cancellations, and shipping-related inquiries.

2. Shipping Availability
Orders are shipped within the United States only. Standard shipping is included with every order, and no additional shipping charges are applied during checkout.

3. Order Processing
After an order is placed successfully, a confirmation email is sent automatically. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 04:00 PM ET will begin processing on the next business day. Processing is not performed on weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipping Timeframe
Following processing, transit generally takes 4–6 days, Monday to Friday. The total estimated delivery period, including processing and transit, is approximately 5–9 business days. Delivery estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.

5. Order Tracking
Once your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided in a separate email, allowing you to follow the shipment until delivery.

6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted before order processing begins by contacting info@halrove.com. After processing has started, orders can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep your order after delivery, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact info@halrove.com and include the following:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the received item and, where applicable, the packaging

Each request will be reviewed individually. Where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be arranged in accordance with our policies.

8. Shipping Delays
Shipping estimates may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, increased shipping volumes, or public holidays. If your order has not arrived within three additional business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact info@halrove.com so we can review the shipment and provide further assistance.
